William Banks is a charismatic and dedicated extreme cleaner and recovering drug addict who, along with his eclectic team, helps people get their lives back on track by intervening in their personal crises. Driven by a promise he made to God upon getting clean—that if he stayed sober, he would do whatever it takes to save others—William goes to extraordinary, often unorthodox lengths to solve his clients' problems without involving the police. Balancing his chaotic professional life with a deeply strained relationship with his family, William navigates the darkest corners of human desperation. Each episode follows the team as they tackle complex issues ranging from addiction and abuse to gambling and mental health struggles, all while William fights daily to maintain his own hard-won sobriety.
