The Crew

The Crew is a workplace sitcom set in a NASCAR garage. The series follows Kevin Gibson, the crew chief for the Bobby Spencer Racing team, whose life is turned upside down when the team owner retires and hands the reins to his tech-savvy, millennial daughter, Catherine Spencer. As Catherine attempts to modernize the team with new data-driven strategies, she clashes with the old-school, blue-collar crew who are resistant to change. At the heart of the conflict is the tension between tradition and innovation. Kevin must navigate the friction between his loyal, long-time mechanics and the new management, all while trying to keep the team competitive on the track. The show explores themes of generational gaps, workplace dynamics, and the camaraderie of a racing family, blending slapstick humor with the high-stakes environment of professional auto racing.
