The Oath

"The Oath" is an American crime drama streaming television series created by Joe Halpin and executive-produced by Curtis "50 Cent" Jackson. The series explores a gritty and corrupt underworld where gangs are not just run by street thugs, but by police officers, federal agents, and powerful syndicates. The plot centers on a secret society known as the Vipers, composed of corrupt cops who pledge allegiance to one another to protect their illegal operations and survive the harsh realities of the streets. The narrative primarily follows Steve Hammond, an incarcerated cop struggling to get back into the game and reunite his fractured family, and his younger brother Cole Hammond, who is caught in a dangerous web of loyalties. As alliances fracture and federal agents close in, the characters are forced to decide where their true loyalties lie—with the brotherhood of the Vipers or with the law. The series delves deep into themes of power, family betrayal, and the heavy toll of living a double life in law enforcement.
