Based on the best-selling book trilogy by Justin Cronin, The Passage is an epic, character-driven thriller that follows Project NOAH, a secret medical facility where scientists are experimenting with a dangerous virus that could lead to the cure for all disease, but also carries the potential to wipe out the human race. The series centers on Amy Bellafonte, a young girl who is chosen to be a test subject for this experiment. Federal agent Brad Wolgast is tasked with bringing Amy to the facility, but he finds himself becoming her surrogate father and protector. As the project progresses, the subjects begin to transform into powerful, telepathic, vampire-like beings, leading to a race against time to prevent a global apocalypse. The narrative explores the bond between Brad and Amy as they navigate a world on the brink of collapse, facing both the scientists who created the monsters and the terrifying creatures themselves.
