Serving as the direct-to-video sequel to Disney's animated classic 'Aladdin', 'The Return of Jafar' follows the former grand vizier Jafar, who has been freed from his lamp by a clumsy, dim-witted petty thief named Abis Mal. Seeking ultimate revenge against Aladdin and everyone in Agrabah, Jafar plots to reclaim his lost power and destroy the hero once and for all. Meanwhile, Aladdin struggles with his new life as royal vizier to the Sultan, while his loyal pet monkey Abu and the unpredictable Genie navigate palace life. The central conflict intensifies when Jafar infiltrates the palace through deception, turning Aladdin's friends against him and framing him for a heinous crime. Ultimately, the heroes must rely on courage, cleverness, and the help of a reformed parrot named Iago to defeat the dark sorcerer and save Agrabah from eternal tyranny.
