The Sandhamn Murders

Set on the idyllic Swedish island of Sandhamn in the Stockholm archipelago, the series follows the professional and personal life of Nora Linde, a lawyer who frequently finds herself entangled in criminal investigations. The tranquil beauty of the island serves as a stark contrast to the gruesome murders and complex mysteries that disrupt the lives of its residents and summer visitors. At the heart of the series is the evolving partnership between Nora and police inspector Thomas Andreasson. As they navigate the social hierarchies and hidden tensions of the island's elite, they must confront their own personal struggles while working to solve cold-blooded crimes. The series is based on the popular crime novels by Viveca Sten, blending procedural police work with deep character-driven drama.
