Total Bellas

Total Bellas is a reality television series that serves as a spin-off to Total Divas, focusing on the personal and professional lives of WWE superstars and twin sisters, Nikki and Brie Bella. The show provides an intimate look at the sisters' lives as they navigate their high-profile careers in professional wrestling, their business ventures, and their complex family dynamics. The series often highlights the challenges of balancing their public personas with their private desires for family, marriage, and personal growth. Major conflicts throughout the series revolve around the sisters' relationships with their partners—most notably Nikki's high-profile relationship and eventual breakup with John Cena, and Brie's life with husband Daniel Bryan. As the twins move through different stages of life, including pregnancy and retirement from the ring, the show documents the emotional friction between their individual identities and their deep-seated codependency as twins, offering viewers a raw look at the pressures of fame and family expectations.
