Twin

Twin is a gripping Norwegian drama series that explores the complex dynamics of identity, family, and survival. The story follows Erik, a down-on-his-luck surfer living in a van, who seeks out his estranged identical twin brother, Adam, a successful family man living a stable life in the Lofoten Islands. When a heated argument between the brothers leads to a tragic accident resulting in Adam's death, Erik makes a desperate, life-altering decision to assume his brother's identity to save his family from ruin. As Erik steps into Adam's shoes, he must navigate the intricate web of his brother's life, including his marriage to Ingrid and their children, all while trying to keep the truth hidden from the suspicious local community and the authorities. The series masterfully builds tension as Erik struggles to maintain the facade, constantly threatened by the secrets of the past and the growing realization that living someone else's life is far more dangerous than he ever imagined.
