Unni is Alive follows the intertwining lives of three desperate women—Kang Ha-ri, Kim Eun-hyang, and Min Dal-hee—who suffer the unimaginable tragedy of losing the people they love most at the exact same moment due to a massive, multi-car traffic accident. Bound by their sudden grief and a shared desire for justice, the trio forms an unlikely alliance to take down the selfish, wealthy individuals responsible for their suffering and the subsequent cover-ups. Penned by famed makjang writer Kim Soon-ok, the series is a quintessential weekend soap opera filled with shocking twists, outrageous villains, elaborate schemes, and ultimate redemption. As Ha-ri, Eun-hyang, and Dal-hee navigate betrayal and hardship, they not only fight back against their tormentors but also discover the true strength of female solidarity and find unexpected paths toward healing and love.
