V is a reimagining of the 1983 science fiction miniseries, centering on the arrival of an extraterrestrial species known as the 'Visitors.' The Visitors arrive in massive spaceships over major cities across the globe, claiming to come in peace and offering advanced medical and technological knowledge in exchange for Earth's resources. While the world is initially captivated by their charismatic leader, Anna, a small group of humans begins to suspect that the Visitors' true intentions are far more sinister. The series follows Erica Evans, an FBI counter-terrorism agent who discovers the terrifying reality behind the Visitors' human-like facade. As she joins a resistance movement known as the 'Fifth Column,' she must navigate a world where the aliens have infiltrated government, media, and religious institutions. The conflict escalates as the resistance fights to expose the truth before the Visitors can complete their plan to harvest the planet and its inhabitants.
