Valvrave the Liberator

In a future where 70% of the human population lives in space, the world is divided between two major powers: the Dorssia Military Pact Federation and the Atlantic Ring United States. The neutral, prosperous module known as 'JIOR' maintains its independence until it is suddenly invaded by Dorssia. Amidst the chaos, high school student Haruto Tokishima discovers a mysterious humanoid weapon called the Valvrave, which requires a high price to pilot: the pilot's humanity. As Haruto and his classmates fight to survive, they find themselves caught in a complex web of political intrigue, alien conspiracies, and moral dilemmas. The series explores the cost of war, the nature of human identity, and the sacrifices required to protect one's friends.
