Vega$ is a classic American detective series set against the glitzy and dangerous backdrop of 1970s Las Vegas. The story follows Dan Tanna, a rugged and street-smart private investigator who operates out of a converted warehouse that doubles as his home and office. Tanna is a former combat veteran who uses his sharp instincts and deep knowledge of the city's underbelly to solve cases that range from missing persons to high-stakes criminal conspiracies involving the local mob. Throughout the series, Tanna navigates the complex social hierarchy of Las Vegas, often clashing with casino owners, corrupt officials, and organized crime figures. He is frequently assisted by his loyal associates, including his secretary Beatrice 'Bea' Travis and his friend 'Binzer,' as he works to protect the innocent in a city built on gambling and vice. The show is renowned for its iconic location shooting, which captured the authentic, gritty, and neon-drenched atmosphere of the Las Vegas Strip during its most transformative era.
