Vice Principals is a dark comedy series that follows the power struggle at North Jackson High School. When the school's principal retires, two ambitious and bitter vice principals, Neal Gamby and Lee Russell, expect to be promoted to the top job. However, their plans are derailed when the school board hires an outsider, Dr. Belinda Brown, to take over the position. Enraged by this perceived betrayal, the two rivals form an unlikely and volatile alliance to sabotage Dr. Brown and reclaim the school for themselves. As the series progresses, the duo engages in increasingly unhinged and destructive behavior, revealing their deep-seated insecurities and moral failings. The show explores themes of toxic masculinity, professional jealousy, and the absurdity of the American education system, all while maintaining a sharp, satirical tone. Their chaotic partnership is tested by their own incompetence, personal lives, and the unpredictable consequences of their vendetta against the new administration.
