When a Man Falls in Love

Han Tae-sang is a successful, cold-hearted businessman with a ruthless past tied to loan sharks, who finds his life completely transformed when he meets Seo Mi-do, a fiercely ambitious and struggling young woman. Despite her difficult circumstances, Mi-do captures Tae-sang's heart, and he pulls strings to support her education and career. However, complications arise when Mi-do meets Lee Jae-hee, a charming and brilliant young man working at the same company, leading to a complex web of unrequited affection, betrayal, and shifting loyalties. As the narrative unfolds, the power dynamics between the characters shift dramatically. Tae-sang's intense possessiveness clashes with Mi-do's yearning for independence and her growing feelings for Jae-hee, who happens to be the brother of Tae-sang's former mentor and bitter rival. The series explores the dark sides of obsession, redemption, and the painful sacrifices required when love turns into a destructive force.
