Home Economics

Home Economics is a single-camera comedy that takes a candid look at the heartwarming yet frustrating relationships between three adult siblings living in vastly different financial circumstances. The series centers on Tom, a middle-class novelist struggling to maintain his lifestyle; Sarah, a soft-hearted teacher living in a cramped apartment with her wife and children; and Connor, the ultra-wealthy youngest brother who lives in a sprawling mansion but struggles with personal isolation. As the siblings navigate their lives, the show explores how money—or the lack thereof—impacts their family dynamics, rivalries, and bonds. Through humor and relatable conflicts, the series highlights the complexities of adulthood, the pressure of societal expectations, and the enduring importance of family support, regardless of one's bank account balance.
